Limitations: Uses TODAY's offset. DST transition dates differ by country (US moves in March/November; EU in late March/late October; Southern Hemisphere is flipped). If the meeting is more than a couple months out, re-run on the week of the meeting.

What to do next: A 2–3 hour overlap is enough for daily standups. For deeper collaboration, either find a zone pair with 4+ hour overlap or agree on an asymmetric schedule (one side takes early mornings or late evenings).
