Arc Length & Sector Area Solver

Given any TWO of {radius, central angle, arc length, sector area}, solve for the others. Also reports chord length and segment area. Includes an interactive draggable visualizer.

Drag to change radiusDrag along the circle to change central angler = 5.000 · θ = 60.0°arc s = 5.236 · sector A = 13.090chord c = 5.000
Two handles: drag the right one to resize, drag the arc-end to change the angle (1°–359°). Press Calculate for the full source-cited result.

Limitations: Angles entered in DEGREES are converted to radians internally. The solver permits θ > 360° (wrapped sectors) but warns. The "segment area" is the smaller (chord-side) segment for θ ≤ 180°; for reflex angles it becomes the major segment.

What to do next: Common usage: pick "Arc length" or "Sector area" as your unknown, then provide a radius and central angle (in degrees). The visualizer below lets you drag the radius and arc endpoints directly.
